Lock your folder without any software

Suppose you want to lock the folder games in d: which has the path D:\Game In the same drive create a text file and type
ren game game.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Now save this text file as loc.bat

create another text file and type in it
ren game.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} game

Now save this text file as key.bat

Now you can see 2 batch files loc and key. Press loc and the folder games will change to control panel and you cannot view its contents.Press key and you will get back your original folder.

How to remove brontok virus

How to check if you have brontok ?
Well there are many ways but the easiest is to open My Pictures folder and find file named 'about.Brontok.A' if you have that file then you have brontok worm in your system.

What do brontok do ?
Although its categorized as medium risk worm but it will tease you much because it will restart your system if:
1.) You run regedit or msconfig.
2.) You try to install/uninstall anything.
3.) Run any file that has word 'brontok' in name.
4.) Make search that has 'Brontok Remover' in query

And nearly everything related to removing brontok.

Then how do I get rid of it ?
Although it seems difficult but there is very very easy solution to the problem.

1.) Download file from below URL.

2.) Extract with winzip/winrar
3.) Run file1 and click SCAN.
4.) When above step is done exit file1 and run file2.
5.) In file2 check 'always delete' in action for infected files and click SCAN.
6.) Scan at step 5 takes a bit long time as it scans whole hdd but when done you are away from brontok.

Now enjoy puting without brontok.

& yeah when all above is done be sure to delete file named 'about.Brontok.A' from My Pictures.

How you know that your computer needs more memory?

Did you know that it is really easy to tell if you need more memory in your Windows XP computer?

Here’s how:

Press the “Ctrl” + “Alt” + “Delete” key. Now click on “Task Manager” and select the “Performance” tab. Look just under midway down on the right and you will see a box labeled “Physical Memory (K)”. Read the Total right under that. That is your installed memory (in kilobytes). If you want to convert it to MB, divide it by 1024. Now look at the box to it’s left that says “Commit Charge (K). The total there will be how much memory is being used. You will also see a “Peak” under that total which tells the highest amount of memory used since the last reboot. If the Peak is lower than the “Physical Memory” total, then you don’t need additional memory. If the total Commit Charge is higher than the Physical Memory Total, then additional memory would give you a significant performance boost because of how much of the memory your system is using with the Operating System and applications.
